KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION 2017-2018 - Child must turn 5 years old before September 1, 2017. Must bring original birth certificate, emergency information, medical information, transfer from previous school (if any) and proofs of address; such as utility bills, drivers license, medical cards, tax forms, etc. All medical forms and shots must be updated and turned in before or on the first day of school.
